About Owen
Ever since I was 12 years old and learned about working out I immediately fell in love with it! From doing push-ups and sit-ups in my room to getting a couple of dumbbells for my birthday one year, I knew working out was going to be in my future for years to come.

Everything I fell in love with from a young age carried into the weight room when I got to high school and started working out with the football team. I LOVED being in there even though I was always the smallest kid, I always knew with HARD WORK and DEDICATION I could get to any point I wanted in life. I continued to grow as I got to my senior year and became one of the team captains of the football team. After a successful last year of football and schooling, I looked elsewhere to continue on the path I knew I truly loved.
After high school, I chose to continue my secondary education by getting my personal trainers certification through the National Academy of Sports Medicine as well as pursuing a great passion of mine which is bodybuilding. I competed for the first time in 2023, winning my class in men's physique novice. But, I always sought higher for myself and took a prolonged offseason to grow and put on muscle. Sure enough, I did just that and in 2024 I took the same stage again and this time I came out a big winner! I won my natural pro card in men's physique making me a natural professional bodybuilder! I have even bigger dreams now for the years to come!
I have trained people at a gym in my area I worked for numerous months and now want to continue my journey of helping people achieve their fitness goals by extending my services to the online world!
